The severe injury procedure places the highest demands on a hospital's personnel, structural and equipment resources. The successful certification confirms the high level of medical expertise and also reflects the high degree of interdisciplinary cooperation and the top-quality care available around the clock at the University Clinic for Trauma Surgery.
By participating in the SAV, Magdeburg University Hospital is taking on a central role in the supraregional care of severely injured patients. Those insured by statutory accident insurance thus benefit from fast, specialized, and high-quality treatment after accidents at work, on the way to work, or at school.
The certification underscores the University Clinic for Trauma Surgery's commitment to meeting and continuously developing the highest standards in trauma care.
